GURUGRAM, September 18, 2018: India’s favourite carrier SpiceJet
launched a new age, graded loyalty program -- SpiceClub -- which offers a plethora of
benefits to customers and once again reiterates SpiceJet’s commitment of providing a
memorable experience like never before. SpiceJet is the only low cost Indian airline to
offer tier-based loyalty plan.
SpiceClub, which is segregated into four tiers - Classic, Silver, Gold and Platinum, can
be availed by customers at no extra cost. As a member of the SpiceClub program,
customers can earn rewards ranging from upto 8 reward points/INR 100 spent on every
flight booking, upgrades, meals and other add-ons to earning free flights, free
upgrades, free meals and free change & cancellations
A member can earn additional upto 200 points for booking tickets directly through
SpiceJet’s website and mobile app. Members also have the option of redeeming point
balance of as low as 100 points. Not just that, SpiceClub members will also get an
exclusive preview to the flight deals and other offers basis the relevant tier.
SpiceJet is currently working on developing a merchant platform that will help
SpiceClub members to earn additional points when they shop for goods offered by these
selected merchants on this platform thus reaching a step closer to their free flights.
Loyalty points have a validity of 24 months from the date of earning. Points can only be
earned on bookings made by members for themselves and cannot be transferred to friends
and family. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and/or refunded. The all new SpiceClub
has been launched on 14th September.

SpiceClub registration is completely free and one has to simply register on the SpiceJet
website (https://book.spicejet.com/Register.aspx). All
Indian nationals above 18 years of age are eligible for membership. All existing
SpiceClub members are automatically enrolled in the new program.
Redeeming SpiceClub loyalty points is also very simple. Members need to log in to the
SpiceClub account through the SpiceJet website, navigate to the payments page and
select the required option to redeem points. Members can also keep a track of the
points by logging in to their SpiceClub account.
