SpiceClub Registration

Any individual can become a SpiceClub member simply by registering on our official website https://book.spicejet.com/Register.aspx and SpiceJet mobile app (download link).

Who can be a SpiceClub member?

Any individual above the age of 18 years can become members of SpiceClub.

All existing SpiceClub members are automatically enrolled in the new program. Members can use their existing credentials to login in to their accounts.

Your SpiceClub login ID is your mobile number that you had mentioned during registration. The login Id must start from country code (91 in case of India) followed by the mobile number. Post entering the mobile number, the customer must click on “the forgot password” option to retrieve/reset the password.

No changes can be made to Name, PAN number, DOB or Emailer address. However, in case of spelling mistake in the name, members can send a mail to custrelations@spicejet.com with a valid identity proof (Aadhar card, PAN card, Driving license or Passport).

Tiers

SpiceClub has four tiers, namely Classic, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The benefits keep increasing with the tiers. Each tier requires a certain number of flights and spends to enter and retain. Check the tier benefits table here.

How can I upgrade my SpiceClub membership tier?

To enter a tier, members must make the required flight journeys and spends.Click hereto check the eligibility.

Each tier is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of entry.

Yes, as soon as a member completes required flight journeys and spends, he/she would automatically be upgraded to the next eligible tier.Click here to check your eligibility.

Total Flight count and total spend on base fare of each tier will be calculated on the basis of the flight flown in particular tier. Once tier will be upgraded or downgraded Total Flight Count and Total Spend will reset to zero “0”.

To retain the tier, member needs to complete the minimum required flights and spend for the tier.

In case a member does not complete the required flights and spends, he/she would be downgraded to the previous tier basis his actual flights taken and spends completed in the duration of 12 months.

A member is eligible to be upgraded to the next tier as soon as he/she completes required flight journeys and spends for the next tier.

No, all the benefits in terms of discounts and vouchers associated with all the tiers (i.e club comfort, club privileges and other benefits) are only valid for members. No other passenger in the same PNR can avail these benefits.

No, discounted rate/ Voucher/promo code of each tier cannot be combined with any other offer and promotion running on SpiceJet.

What is the eligibility criteria to earn loyalty points?

SpiceClub Loyalty Points will be accrued by the member only in his/her name (on which the SpiceClub user account is created/registered) after completion of the journey. Points shall be credited by validating the booking against the SC account for first name, last name and primary contact number against the account.

Each point has a value of INR 0.50.

Yes, the members can earn 250 additional points for all tickets booked directly through the SpiceJet website, m-site and mobile app.

Yes, a member can earn loyalty points by claiming points on the bookings not done through SpiceJet website and mobile app. The points can be claimed within 180 days after completion of a trip by logging in to the SpiceClub account. Member needs to enter the PNR in the ‘Add/claim PNR’ section to earn the SpiceClub points. System will identify the member by First Name& last name and mobile number points will be credited within 24 hours.

Yes, you can earn loyalty points with help of ADD/claim PNR on the website for any booking within 180 days after travel.

No, SpiceClub loyalty points can only be earned on bookings made by members for themselves. In case of multiple passengers on a PNR, a member would earn points in proportion to the amount spent for his/her on ticket or any add-on services purchased for self.

No, points accrued/accumulated by a member cannot be transferred to friends and family.

SpiceClub loyalty points come with a validity of 24 months from the date of earning. However, all Spice Loyalty points and SpiceCash incentive earned under the previous program (on or before 27th July, 2018) will expire on 31st Dec, 2018.

No, the loyalty points earned under SpiceClub cannot be exchanged and/or refunded.

Redemption of Loyalty Points

Customer needs to login to their SpiceClub account on SpiceJet website or app. Once you log-in, you would be able to see your points under the Spice Loyalty Points Tab on the payments page. Member must select the required option along with the number of points to redeem.

What all can I buy with my SpiceClub loyalty points?

A member has the option to pay with SpiceClub loyalty points for booking flight tickets or to pre-book any add-on like meals, excess baggage, SpiceMax etc. Member may opt to pay a part of the ticket price with SpiceClub loyalty points.

All members from Silver tier onwards need minimum 100 points to redeem. However, Classic tier members need minimum 500 points to redeem.

No, PNR made through Loyalty Points will not accrue any loyalty points. In case a PNR is booked with a combination of different payment methods including loyalty points and one of the other payment modes, loyalty points will be accrued/accumulated for the amount paid through the other payment mode.
For e.g.
- Total booking amount: INR 5000
- Payment done through loyalty points: INR 1000
- Payment done through other modes: INR 4000

Top-up of SpiceCash points

SpiceClub Top-up is the amount of money loaded by a member in his SpiceClub wallet account. SpiceClub Loyalty Points are earned by customers after completing a journey with SpiceJet. These are reward points given by SpiceJet which a customer can accumulate to book flights or purchase add-ons like meal, seat upgrade etc.

How can I top up my SpiceCash balance?

You can topup your SpiceCash balance using a credit/debit card issued in India or through netbanking.

Yes, every member is eligible for certain loyalty points as an incentive for every INR 100 worth of top-up in their SpiceClub account on www.spicejet.com or mobile app. Click here to check loyalty points eligible for each tier on every top-up done.

No, there are no charges involved in topping up SpiceCash in SpiceClub account.

A member can top-up a minimum of INR 1000 in a single transaction. maximum of INR 10,000 SpiceCash Points can be loaded in a calendar month and upto a maximum of Rs.1,00,000 in a financial year.

Maximum Spice Cash Points that a member can retain in his / her account at any given point of time is INR 89,000.

Existing SpiceClub Members

All existing members would automatically be transferred in the Classic Tier of the program and members can use their existing login ID and password to access the new program.

I have point balance in my SpiceClub account, will I get those points in the new program ?

Yes, all existing points including SpiceCash Topup, Incentive and Loyalty points under a member account would be transferred to the new program and will be valid till 31st Dec, 2018.

Value of each point (Loyalty points) under the new SpiceClub program is INR 0.50 which was INR 1 under old SpiceClub program. However, there is no change in the value of SpiceCash and would remain same at INR 1 only.

A member holding 500 points under the existing program would get 1000 points. All member point balance (for Incentive and loyalty points) would double in the new program. This is done to ensure that the members get equal value under the new program.

No loyalty points will be credited for the booking done from 27th July 2018 – 17th Aug 2018.

Terms & Conditions

This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that applies to an individual's or entity's participating in the SpiceClub Program (the "Program"). As used in this Agreement, "we", "us", or "our" means SpiceJet Limited including but not limited to our successors and assigns, as the case may be, and "you", "your" means the person taking membership in the Program. Our "site" means, collectively, the www.spicejet.com website, our mobile website and our mobile applications.
Our revamped Program is going to be live from August 17, 2018 wherein the Program is structured on tier basis with different benefits attached to different tiers. However, please note that Spice Loyalty Points earned and/ or top-up done on or before July 26, 2018 will be as per the old earning structure and will be migrated to new system and none Spice Loyalty Points will be credited for the bookings made between July 27, 2018 to August 17, 2018.

  1. Enrollment in the Program ( "Membership") is limited to parties that lawfully can enter into and form contracts under applicable law. For example, you have to be 18 years or above to enroll in this Program.
  2. Membership registered in the name of any individual cannot be transferred or assigned to any other individual, trust or estate.
  3. In the event wherein more than one account number is assigned to the same individual and/ or entities, SpiceJet reserves the right to merge the two accounts.
  4. Please note that changes in the SpiceClub User ID is not permitted once enrolment process is completed.

  1. Member in one tier will only be eligible for next tier if total number of flight count and total amount spent (as provided under below table) is met within a year from the date of Membership and/ or up gradation of tier which shall be calculated on the flown basis only.

  2. Please note that on every up gradation of tier your flight count and total amount spent of will be reset to zero.
  3. Validity of your tier shall be for a period one (1) year from the date of entry into said tier. In the above said period of one (1) year you are required to meet tier eligibility criteria (as provide in above table) to upgrade yourselves to next tier. If the above said criteria is not met by you, your tier stay will be downgraded to previous tier.

  1. Benefits associated with each tier like club comfort, club privileges and other benefits can be availed by registered member only under the Program.
  2. Discounted rate/ voucher of each product cannot be combined with any other offer of same product/ offer/ voucher.

  1. “Spice Loyalty Points” refers to all rewards earned on purchase and utilisation of our all domestic/ international flight bookings and/ or domestic/ international flight ADDONS.
  2. You can book our flight tickets and/ or any ADDONS via our site and earn Spice Loyalty Points. Our system will identify the PNR as you by your first name/ last name/ mobile number/ E-mail ID and the said Spice Loyalty Points will be credited against your PNR.
  3. In the event wherein you have made the booking through any of our partner or other channels, you will have to claim your Spice Loyalty Points under SpiceClub login by providing the details of said PNR.
  4. Spice Loyalty Points will be accrued by you only on your name (on whose name the Membership exist) for the bookings made for yourself only, after completion of your journey.
  5. Please note that in any of the following events Spice Loyalty Points will not be accrued:
    1. Any booking made through accrued Spice Loyalty Points
    2. In the event wherein you make a booking with different payment method including Spice Loyalty Points as one of the payment mode, Spice Loyalty Points will be accrued/ accumulated on pro-rata basis only for the amount paid through other payment mode.
  6. Spice Loyalty Points accrued by you will expire in two (2) years from the date Spice Loyalty Points has been credited into your account.
  7. You can redeem your Spice Loyalty Points against purchase of any product (like flight bookings or ADDONS) available on our site. However, please note that a minimum 500 Spice Loyalty Points is required for redemption against any such purchase in classic tier.
  8. Spice Loyalty Points earned by you is non-exchangeable.
  9. All points accrued on or before 27th July, 2018 will expire on 31st Dec, 2018

  1. If you choose to make any changes/ cancellations in any of your bookings for which a part/ full payment is made by Spice Cash Points and/ or Spice Loyalty Points, then deductions shall be done on the basis of first-in first-out.
  2. All other terms of carriage of as available at www.spicejet.com/Tnc.aspx, and applicable terms and conditions shall also apply.
  3. SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend and/ or change any and/ or all of the terms and conditions, made applicable to SpiceClub, at any time without prior notice.
  4. In the event of any misuse or abuse of your Membership by you, we reserve the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
  5. The maximum liability of SpiceJet in any event for any valid claim arising out of SpiceClub Membership shall be limited to the amount paid by the Member
  6. For any credit/ debit card and net banking related claims, you should contact your respective banks and we will not be liable to entertain any such claims.
  7. Any person subscribing to Program shall be deemed to have accepted the applicable terms and conditions.
  8. Any disputes arising out of your Membership or any of the booking made hereunder shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts situated at New Delhi, India.
