HOW TO BOOK FLYEARLY

The FlyEarly service can be purchased at either the airport's ticketing counter or the check-in counter, should you desire to switch to an earlier flight. It's important to note that while making changes, the flight date and sector must remain unchanged. The service is exclusively offered for direct domestic flights and does not apply to bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.

  1. FlyEarly, hereinafter the 'Offer', is available at the airport's ticketing counter or check-in counter and can only be availed of by the travelling passenger, who must be physically present at the airport.
  2. FlyEarly is exclusively available for direct domestic flights and is not available for bookings made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure.
  3. Changing the flight date and/or sector is not permitted with the FlyEarly service. Both the originally booked flight and the desired flight must share the same departure date.
  4. The time between the originally booked flight and the desired flight's departure must not exceed 4 hours, based on the departure times.
  5. Passengers must adhere to the standard check-in time for the earlier (desired) flight to be eligible for the FlyEarly service.
  6. Confirmation of the FlyEarly request will be provided only 90 minutes prior to the departure time of the desired flight, depending on seat availability.
  7. A non-refundable fee of ₹1250 (inclusive of taxes) will be applicable to FlyEarly for each passenger and each flight.
  8. FlyEarly is not available for group fares or unaccompanied minors (UNMR).
  9. All special service requests, such as seat assignments and SpiceMax, made during the original flight booking can be transferred to the chosen flight, subject to service availability on the new flight. Pre-booked meals are non-transferable.
  10. If the previously booked services are not available on the new flight, the amount paid for those services will be forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
  11. In the event of the cancellation of the newly selected flight booked under the FlyEarly product by SpiceJet, standard procedures will be followed in accordance with the airline's policy.
  12. SpiceJet reserves the right to modify, alter, amend, and/or change any and/or all of the terms and conditions made applicable to the respective ‘Offer’, at any time without prior notice. SpiceJet also reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel the respective ‘Offer’ at any time without prior notice.
  13. In the event of any misuse and/or abuse of the respective ‘Offer’ by the passenger(s) or travel agent(s) (as applicable), SpiceJet reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
  14. In any event, SpiceJet's maximum liability for any valid claim arising out of the respective ‘Offer’ is limited to the amount paid by the passenger under and in respect of the said offer.
  15. For any mobile wallet-related claims, the passenger is required to contact the concerned mobile wallet company. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.
  16. For any credit or debit card or netbanking-related claims, the passenger should contact their respective banks. SpiceJet will not entertain any claims related thereto.
  17. Any person availing the ‘Offer’ shall be deemed to have accepted the applicable terms and conditions.
  18. Additionally, kindly be advised that the comprehensive terms of carriage, accessible at https://corporate.spicejet.com/Tnc.aspx, shall be applicable, in tandem with the general disclaimers available at https://corporate.spicejet.com/Disclaimer.aspx.
  19. Any disputes arising out of the respective ‘Offer’ shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
