HOW TO BOOK YOU1ST

You1st can be added from the add-ons page while booking your flight ticket through our website www.spicejet.com, mobile app, reservation centre and select travel agents.

To add You1st to your existing booking, just fill in your details in the next section. Once your flight ticket is retrieved, you will be taken to the add-ons page, where you can add You1st.

You1st can be pre-booked up to one hour prior to departure on domestic flights and three hours prior to departure on international flights departing from India.

ADD YOU1ST TO YOUR BOOKING NOW

  1. You1st, hereinafter called the service, offers priority services such as priority check-in, priority boarding and priority baggage delivery.
  2. You can add the service while making your booking or even after your booking has been made through our website www.spicejet.com, mobile app, reservation centre and select travel agents.
  3. You1st can be booked up to one hour before departure for domestic flights and three hours before departure for international flights departing from India. It is not available for international flights arriving in India.
  4. The You1st service is available for a non-refundable fee of ₹499 for domestic flights and ₹699 for international flights departing from India. However, these fees will be refunded if the booking is cancelled by the passenger or the airline.
  5. Passengers who have purchased You1st can proceed to the priority check-in counter at the airport and access the priority boarding queue to board the aircraft.
  6. The company reserves the right to modify, cancel or withdraw the service at any time without prior notice.
  7. Additionally, kindly be advised that the comprehensive terms of carriage, accessible at https://corporate.spicejet.com/Tnc.aspx, shall be applicable, in tandem with the general disclaimers available at https://corporate.spicejet.com/Disclaimer.aspx.
  8. In the event of any discrepancy arising out of any matter connected with this service, the company's decision in such regard shall be final and binding.
