GURUGRAM, November 12, 2022: SpiceJet, India's favourite airline, today launched its exclusive, non-stop flight connecting Pune with Bangkok. The airline has also added an additional flight between Delhi and Bangkok starting 11th November, 2022. SpiceJet also operates two daily non-stop flights from Kolkata to Bangkok.
Hon'ble Union Minister of Civil Aviation & Steel, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia inaugurated SpiceJet's Pune-Bangkok inaugural flight virtually in the presence of CMD, SpiceJet, Ajay Singh and other dignitaries.
Hon'ble Union Minister of Civil Aviation & Steel, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia said, "As I had promised during my earlier visit to Pune in August, a non-stop international flight connecting Pune to Bangkok is a reality today and I thank and congratulate SpiceJet for this new flight. The launch of this new flight is a significant step in strengthening Pune's international connectivity and we will soon have a new flight connecting Pune with Singapore as well. We have been working relentlessly towards making Pune a world class airport – a new terminal building is under construction and should be ready by next year, a new international cargo terminal is being built, an integrated cargo terminal is also being built and a multi-level parking is ready and is being tested."

The Thai capital has been a key international destination for SpiceJet for many years. We will also be strengthening connectivity between Delhi and Bangkok with an additional flight."
The flight between Pune and Bangkok will operate on all days except Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays whereas additional flights between Delhi and Bangkok will operate daily.
Located in the Chao Phraya River delta in Thailand's central plain, Bangkok is the Capital and most populous city of Thailand. It has consistently been ranked as one of the world's top tourist destinations with multi-faceted sights, attractions including royal palaces, temples and museums.
The airline's B737-800 aircraft are deployed on these routes. Bookings are now open on www.spicejet.com, SpiceJet's mobile app and through online travel portals and travel agents.
